Behold, for the hour is upon us!
Since the rebirth of ReV, Skabb and Narsil are two of our most senior players - both of whom have shown great skill! I remember vividly losing to Skabb on the ladder and inviting him into the clan. Usually people never show up in op ReV, but he did! He came, he joined and ever since he's been a beloved member of our clan! Narsil - practice partner turned clan mate. Ever loyal, ever working hard for all our members. Teaching, organizing, gaming. Both these players are not only essential parts of our clan, but two of our best players - roughly around equal skill!
And now they'll be giving us a 5 game show match, with pretedermined maps! Each player have listed up some favorite maps, of which two are chosen from each. The last map is added by me. A coin has been flipped to choose whose map is the starting map. Heads Narsil's map is first, Tails Skabb's map is first - the coin chose Narsil's!
Therefore, this will be the map order:
Game 1: Judgement Day
Game 2: Blue Storm
Game 3: Crossing Field
Game 4: New Empire of the Sun
Game 5: Transistor
The games take place on Wednesday (30th of May) at 19.30 CEST. Assuming someone can stream, it will be streamed live and I'll be casting it alongside the streamer. Hoping someone feels the call to stream it - if not, the games will be recorded and uploaded to be shown at a later time.
Skabb can show some really strong play, with strong defences and a really hard cookie to crack once he get's up to hive tech. But he should always be feared, for you never know what he might pull off! Narsil, macro powerhouse who'll sometimes catch you off-guard with doing some funky shenanigans. I am especially excited to see what these players will come up with, seeing as they have a bit shorter than a week to prepare on the maps.
