I think it's important that all clan members are aware of our overal philosophy, as well as our plans for the future. Here's some information for both new and old members;
Clan Guidelines:
- Clan Revolution's primary foundation is manners and love. We always wish our opponents well, always "gg" when we lose, and we never flame. There will always be someone who does it from time to time. You're not going to get kicked out if you don't gg once, but do be aware of how strong our focus is on manners. But if it happens often, you will receive warnings. Furthermore, we always try to build one another up, rather than taring each other down. If we have a problem with someone, we talk to the person we have a problem with. We don't gossip and we don't talk behind each others' backs. There will always be some friction here and there, so you're not supposed to suppress it. You're just required to solve it in a loving and constructive way.
- Loyalty. Members of ReV may not be part of any other clan. This means, if there appears a new clan league you want to play in, you are not allowed to join a different team to play there. You will instead ask ReV to participate, then we will do what we can to make it so. The clan is not simply a tool for you as an individual to get what you want. It's a two-way street. You're not just an individual here – you are a clan mate.
- Activity. We require that all Active Members take part and keep updated on the forum. You are responsible to be up to date. If you're not, it's on you. We also require a certain level of activity in Starcraft. However, we're not setting a certain amount of games or forum posts or anything like that. We try to make naunced considerations. You will be clearly informed if anything is wrong. Only Active Members are allowed to play in clan leagues, clan wars and in-clan rankings.
Honorary Members are not required to stay up to date to the same extent, nor the same level of activity. However, if an Honorary Member does not show any interest in the clan or attend any of our clan events for roughly 2 months, the member will be removed. If an Honorary Member wishes to become an Active Member, then he or she may tell me (Incomplete.ReV) and I will add you to the list of Active Players.
Legacy Members are immune to the activity rule. Legacy Members are old members and friends that are ReV. These members may show up and attend however they want, but not for clan leagues. For friendly clan wars, they will be the least prioritized unless they are also Active Members.
For the Active Members; if you are going inactive for 2 weeks or more, you are required to say so in the active/inactive thread. Make a post when you're back as well.

- All members are to wear the tag ([ReV]) at the end of the nick. Nevertheless, everyone is free to use smurfs etc., as long as you log in and play some on your [ReV]-nick as well. Wearing the tag is mandatory in all CWs, clan events and in tournaments (in-clan as well as community tournaments).
The reason why we have divided up into these member groups, is primarily two things. One is that I don't want to remove old friends from the clan, and I want people who'll join in the future to understand who it concerns and why.
The other, is that those who are labeled Honorary Members are members who joined the clan under different guidelines. Even though they may have very varying activity, I wish to make it clear that they are still a part of the clan and that I am thankful for their part in rebuilding the clan. All members who've joined after these new guidelines are installed will not become Honorary Members. You are then either an Active Member or not a member at all. All members who are currently an Active Member, may be moved to Honorary Members. But no one who joins later than 5. April 2018.
- Our chat channel is "op ReV"
- Discord. ReV has its own Discord server which is strictly for ReV members only. All members will receive an invitation to the server. If we have forgotten it or if the link has expired, please ask and you shall receive. It is not a requirement to take part on Discord, but seeing as it's a large part of the social experience, we strongly recommend it.
Overview of future plans;
- We are still working on getting more members.
- We will contintue to host various events for our members to attend. Including friendly Clan Wars.
- We will contintue to participate in BWCL and STPL. Our CWs in BWCL will have a focus on letting as many as possible play. However, in STPL we will focus on letting the best players play.
Feel free to ask questions if anything is unclear. Thanks
